Forklift Counterbalance Operator (Rotating Shifts)

Location: Rugby (Swift Valley)

Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour (AM) / £13.57 per hour (PM)

Work Schedule: Weekly Rotation, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary Contract

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Operator to join our dynamic team within a bustling warehouse environment in Rugby.

This role primarily involves operating a counterbalance forklift to transport pallets, manage inventory through scanning, and perform various warehouse tasks such as wrapping, stacking, and manual handling.

The workplace is a modern facility that provides a clean, warm, and dry environment.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid UK-accredited FLT counterbalance certification, be located near Rugby, demonstrate reliability, and exhibit flexibility in their responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who are willing to engage in a variety of tasks beyond just operating the forklift.
