Hardware Asset Management Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Hardware Asset Management Data Analyst and Coordinator to assist on an initial 12 month contract based on site in London. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the company's hardware asset data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, process, and analyze asset data from spreadsheets.
  • Review asset information and room data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate actions to address bad data.
  • Ensure accurate asset records during room audits.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of hardware assets.
  • Monitor asset and stock room status.
  • Provide regular reporting on asset progress and improvements.
  • Track asset lifecycles and recommend actions.
  • Utilize asset management software for efficient tracking.
