Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Wingstop. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
