  • Fostering an exceptional student journey that promotes progression or employment opportunities.
  • Assessing and grading student assignments, tracking progress towards personal goals, maintaining records, and providing timely feedback to students, guardians, employers, and college administrators as necessary.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Marine Electrical or equivalent experience from the Royal Navy/Merchant Navy.
  • Teaching Qualification or a commitment to obtain one.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marine Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in facilitating learning in educational or workplace environments.
  • Familiarity with current evidence-based practices in the field.
  • Proficiency in advanced mathematics.
  • Experience as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO).
