We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a 1-to-1 Support worker. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to Autism (ASD) and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with Autism (ASD) and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD)
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Support students in achieving their educational and personal goals
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or adults with additional needs
- Ability to support students of all abilities
