Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Sexy Fish Manchester, a renowned dining destination in the heart of Spinningfields. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, we offer a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards that define our restaurant's reputation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and overseeing the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team.
  • Assisting in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
  • Contributing to menu development and bringing ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
