As a plot conveyancer in the dynamic Guildford team, you will thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing your own plot sales with the support of a case management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage plot sales with a high level of commercial insight and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve deadlines and priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Utilize a case management system to streamline plot sales processes.
Requirements
