Job Description

Job Title: Public Relations Manager

Job Summary:

VMA GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a PR strategy to strengthen the brand and market position
  • Support the Executive Board with executive communications, including media interviews, speech writing, and social media management
  • Enhance the digital presence through SEO-optimized content in collaboration with digital and demand teams
  • Manage the distribution of brand communications across the EMEA region and coordinate monthly briefings with senior colleagues
  • Oversee the press office, ensuring timely and effective responses to media inquiries
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of external communications, integrating insights into marketing reports
  • Work closely with external PR agencies to achieve objectives and support crisis communications when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in communications or a related field, with extensive experience in corporate communications or public relations
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce targeted content such as speeches, blogs, and newsletters
  • Experience in executive communications, including writing for senior management in a suitable tone of voice
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and experience creating impactful campaigns for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to set up and utilize metrics to measure communication impact
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is a plus
