Paraplanner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Financial Divisions, a leading independent financial advice business based in the heart of the West End.

The successful candidate will be diploma qualified and have at least 2 years of solid paraplanning experience. They will work closely with 2 advisers, attending client meetings and working on technical cases. Prior experience in client-facing roles is desirable but not essential.

The role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, with the option to study towards Chartered status and progress to a Financial Planner position. Our firm is committed to providing a secure and rewarding work environment, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure.

The salary for this role will be between £45k - £55k, depending on the candidate's experience levels. The first 8 weeks will be spent in the office, followed by 2 days of remote work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with 2 advisers on client meetings and technical cases
  • Prepare suitability reports on pensions, investments, tax planning, and cashflow modelling
  • Utilize Voyant and FE Analytics software
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualified in paraplanning
  • At least 2 years of solid paraplanning experience
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
