About the Role

RPS is seeking a Civil Engineering Graduate Apprentice to join our Renewable Energy Infrastructure team in Edinburgh.

As a Civil Engineering Graduate Apprentice, you will work 4 days a week with RPS and study 1 day a week on your university programme. You will assist in the delivery of civil infrastructure design packages for renewable energy projects for our contractor and developer clients. The projects include onshore wind, land-based works for offshore wind, and other renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of civil infrastructure for renewable energy projects
  • Work with the project team to ensure timely delivery of design packages
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure project success
  • Identify and highlight inconsistencies in project information
  • Take responsibility for personal development and learning
