About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brewing Expert to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain and procurement improvement and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of strategic projects benefiting Diageo's business model, material/product/process quality, compliance, productivity, innovation, and sustainability agendas.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a Scientific subject area (ideally allied to the drinks industry) or equivalent relevant qualifications and experience.
- Demonstrable record of scaling up complex scientific initiatives, preferably in production environments.
- Proven track record of strategic project and program management and delivery, including risk management and financial awareness.
- Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
