• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting is preferred.
