Role Overview: This position is ideal for a commercially savvy B2B marketer with extensive digital and campaign expertise, eager to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager will leverage various marketing strategies to drive sales-qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a technology start-up or scale-up setting. The Marketing Manager will spearhead both inbound and outbound campaigns, utilizing their proficiency in paid digital channels (including PPC, AdWords, Retargeting, Display, Paid Social, and Programmatic), email automation, as well as web and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate B2B marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Manage performance marketing initiatives, including PPC, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
- Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Report on annual and quarterly performance metrics to ensure marketing activities contribute to commercial revenue.
- Oversee the complete process from concept to analytics and return on investment.
- Enhance the sales pipeline with qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and regional stakeholders, including sales, product, and business development teams, to align with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or customer acquisition roles.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing ROI across various channels.
- Strong and current knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience in a data-driven and metrics-focused environment.
- Technical expertise in SEO, PPC, AdWords, and Marketing Automation.
- Experience in team management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000
