Overview: A prominent and reputable provider of fiduciary and administrative services is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator. In this position, you will oversee a diverse array of responsibilities related to the team and its client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of trust and corporate structures alongside your sub-team colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and Team Director, as well as the broader Corporate team management, to gain insights into client entities and assist with workload management.
- Deliver proactive and efficient services to clients, facilitate the onboarding of new clients, and participate in board meetings.
Business Development: As the organization aims to expand its team, you will be encouraged to identify new business development opportunities. This includes:
- Establishing connections to introduce new business to the company.
- Attracting new clients and enhancing services for existing clients.
- Engaging in regular client and intermediary visits, attending conferences and events, and fostering relationships with local legal firms.
Requirements: Candidates must possess either entitled or entitled to work residential status to be eligible for this role.
