About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join our client's well-established multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. The firm specializes in Building Acoustics, Sustainability, and Building Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and undertake acoustic surveys to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
  • Conduct site visits to assess acoustic conditions and provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and/or the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.
  • Relevant experience in Building Acoustics, with a strong understanding of legislation and guidelines.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Member of IOA (desirable).
