About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Digital function at Skipton Building Society.

Main Responsibilities

As a Digital Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our digital customer platforms and applications. This will involve writing and executing test scripts, testing across multiple browsers and devices, and collaborating with various Digital disciplines such as Digital UX Designers and UI Design function.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in digital user acceptance testing with a customer lens
  • Skilled in using test and defect management tools, cross-browser testing platforms, and device testing
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile Principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple deadlines
