Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Studied or be studying towards a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
  • Practical experience of working within a residential developer, housing contractor, building contractor or building cost consultancy organisation
  • An enthusiasm to learn quickly
  • Demonstrable professional attitude and approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
