Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly line managing 2 Senior Lawyers responsible for the management of a team of 6 Lawyers, 2 Paralegals, and 2 Legal Assistants.
  • Participating in the Senior Management Team for Legal Services.
  • Leading improvements in policies and procedures, focusing on standard processes and performance indicators.
