Key Responsibilities

  • Performing routine electronic maintenance on automation systems and machinery, adhering to established company protocols.
  • Implementing enhancements aimed at boosting equipment dependability and working collaboratively across various departments to devise effective business solutions.
  • Assisting in the design, installation, and commissioning of new automation systems and instrumentation, while providing expert support for system specifications and troubleshooting.
  • Managing automation systems, overseeing user data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while supervising external contractors to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Preparing documentation for process control enhancements and proposing solutions to optimize production systems.

Qualifications Required

  • A higher-level qualification in engineering, accompanied by a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of process control and instrumentation, coupled with strong technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting PLC-based control systems, conducting planned maintenance, and interpreting PLC logic code (Siemens/Mitsubishi).
  • Strong analytical and organized problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
