Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling stock, and working as part of a small team to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle stock with care, receiving and stocking deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and organized store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly tasks, ensuring the store is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • A positive and hardworking attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Reliability and flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A bit of flexibility when it comes to shifts, with the ability to work slightly different hours to cover for colleagues.
