We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of our solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality automated testing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute testing plans for automated warehouse solutions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Lead a team of Integration Test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical designers to provide test data and support solution development.
  • Work closely with customers to execute contractual tests and ensure timely resolution of testing-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance post-customer take-over to ensure contractual performance tests are met.
Requirements:
  • Graduate-level education in a technical discipline (Engineering, Software, Quality Management, Compliance).
  • Proven experience in automated testing, with a strong understanding of WMS/WCS technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and influence peers.
  • Detail-focused and quality-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
