About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Governance Partner to join our team at Hoop Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to provide proactive, high-level support in business quality and governance.
  • Manage organizational data, corporate governance, and compliance systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support our senior management team with various tasks, including meeting administration, policy development, and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with key performance indicators, contract compliance, and regulatory requirements to maintain our reputation and credibility.
  • Share best practices and influence our organizational culture to achieve the highest quality standards.

  • Competitive Salary: £31,000-£34,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • A strong commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Previous experience in a senior administrative or governance role, preferably in a not-for-profit organization.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data management, and compliance, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region as needed, with the use of a car and adequate business insurance.
