We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at Gi Group. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for driving a Class 2 vehicle, following a planned route from our client's site to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Class 2 vehicle, following a planned route to deliver goods to customers across the UK.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (C) license and Driver CPC.
  • Strong geographical knowledge and ability to navigate through various routes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Benefits:
