Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting housing inspections and identifying Category 1 hazards
* Drafting and issuing enforcement notices, as well as pursuing financial penalties and court action
* Collaborating with the Local Authority to ensure compliance with the Housing Act 2004

Requirements:

* Recent experience in enforcement activities under the Housing Act 2004
* Availability to work immediately or on short notice
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS clearance
