Job Description: Service Desk Analyst – Level 1

We are seeking a dynamic Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional support for our business products. If you have a passion for resolving technical issues and delivering outstanding customer service, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support for our diverse range of business products.
  • Effectively manage tickets and workloads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate swift issue resolution.
  • Identify the root causes of recurring problems to implement effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, guiding them through the resolution process.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout their interactions.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • A team-oriented individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk role.
  • Proficiency in Help Desk software, with experience in Jira being a valuable asset.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems.
  • Prior experience in the Audio Visual or Live Events industry is a plus.
