Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent in the property market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the sales progression process
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary (up to £23,500 pro-rata)
