Financial Planning Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Team Manager to lead our Private Client team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Financial Consultants, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Financial Consultants to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, ensuring a great client experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the business to ensure seamless client activity and work progression.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they are competent in their roles and meet company performance standards.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates to the Head of Channel.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external projects as required.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture within the team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Planning or Private Client management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and compliance reporting.
