The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Pub Manager to join our team at The Teller's Arms, a brand-new premium pub in Farnham. This exciting role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of this unique establishment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth running of all aspects of the pub, including front-of-house, bar, and kitchen areas.
- Implement operational procedures and standards to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Contribute to the overall success of the pub by achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
