Credit Analyst - Structured Finance

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our European Structured Credit team in London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing transactions in line with Fitch's rating criteria and providing high-quality credit opinions to investors and other market participants.

Your primary duties will include communicating with transaction arrangers and originators to understand asset characteristics and structural features of the transactions.

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in finance and be highly numerate and analytical, with advanced Excel skills.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing legal transaction documents from a credit risk perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transactions in line with Fitch's rating criteria.
  • Provide high-quality credit opinions to investors and other market participants.
  • Communicate with transaction arrangers and originators to understand asset characteristics and structural features of the transactions.
  • Analyze legal transaction documents from a credit risk perspective.
