About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRO Manager to join our team at Publicis Media in London. As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for improving conversion rates through strategic, data-driven optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI Design Expertise: Design and optimise user interfaces to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Organisational Skills: Develop and manage CRO strategies, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored CRO solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
  • A/B Testing Management: Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests and other conversion experiments. Manage tests and coordinate with developers for successful delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement optimisation strategies.
  • Team Growth Management: As the team grows, there will be an expectation to manage executives in the future, working closely with the Director of CRO.
  • Presentation Skills: Create and deliver presentations and decks on results, ideas, and strategies to clients regularly, conveying complex information in an engaging and understandable manner.
Required Qualities
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a CRO role, either within an agency or in-house at a company specialising in CRO.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in key CRO tools such as Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics; knowledge of other tools is a bonus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Client Management: Experience working with clients, understanding their requirements, and managing their expectations effectively.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.
  • Test and Development Coordination: Experience in managing tests and coordinating with developers to ensure successful test delivery.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering engaging and informative decks to clients.
