About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analyst, where you will be responsible for providing financial support to our Affiliates Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and work closely with our senior management to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports for Affiliates investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior management on financial matters.
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting function, including cash management and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Possess advanced professional competencies, such as CPA, CA, or CFA.
  • A postgraduate degree, such as an MBA, is desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting research, international taxation, financial analysis, financial modeling, business development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, internal controls, financing & cash management, and consulting.
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and SAP is desirable.
  • Industry experience in chemicals, power generation, or oil & gas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is required.
