Grafton Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of the project team, you will provide high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Assist team members with tasks related to scheduling regular meetings and recording minutes.
  • Ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently by assisting with planning and scheduling.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments in the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist in resolving administrative issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally in project administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
