Job Description:
The FX Account Manager/Dealer will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing effective hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk, and providing expert advice on foreign exchange markets to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement effective foreign exchange hedging strategies to manage currency risk for clients.
- Provide expert advice on foreign exchange markets, including trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Monitor and report on the performance of hedging strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to foreign exchange transactions.
- Stay abreast of developments in foreign exchange markets and related financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in foreign exchange, treasury, or financial risk management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of foreign exchange markets and hedging strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
