The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Calvin Klein products and services.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with outfit building and product recommendations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to store maintenance, presentation, and organization, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, recognizing and celebrating individual contributions.
