The Role: As a Strategic Procurement Lead, you will serve as a vital commercial business partner, enhancing value across Collinson Group through innovative and sustainable procurement strategies. You will oversee comprehensive sourcing initiatives, manage commercial agreements, and work alongside various teams to cultivate positive third-party relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish strong connections across the organization, collaborating with teams including Marketing, Technology, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Risk.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives from requirements definition to the finalization of commercial agreements.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and ensuring effective contract management.
  • Partner with our Sustainability team to implement sustainable sourcing initiatives.
  • Analyze expenditure, review agreements, and develop subcategory strategies.
  • Drive procurement governance processes and systems enhancement.

About You:

  • Degree or professional procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS or equivalent).
  • Understanding of procurement and sustainable sourcing regulations and market trends.
  • Experience in spearheading sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional presentation, reporting, and project management capabilities.
  • Committed to promoting sustainable business practices.
  • Strong data management skills and experience in a global matrix organization.
  • A skilled communicator and influencer, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
