IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Oscar Technology. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IT estate, implementing continuous improvement, and managing in an outsourced environment.

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft Exchange and Azure infrastructure
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT operations
• Manage IT services in an outsourced environment
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals

• Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange and Azure
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze and improve IT processes
• Experience with ERP migration and technical experience
