Role Overview:

Hunter Selection is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide maintenance support to the production team, ensuring equipment is running at optimal levels.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical work.
  3. Collaborate with the shift operations team to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Multi-skilled background with experience in manufacturing and maintenance.
  2. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  3. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Recognized apprenticeship to ONC/HNC level.
