At Village Hotels, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Pub and Grill Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic and results-driven leader who can motivate and inspire our team to deliver outstanding service. As a Pub and Grill Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the Pub and Grill Manager in running both breakfast and daytime/evening shifts, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pub and Grill Manager in leading the team and driving service excellence
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
