Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate daily accounts and review sales transactions for front office and F&B outlets
  • Maintain a presence on reception throughout the night, handling guest requests and check-ins
  • Conduct regular reservations checks to ensure accurate revenue posting and data capture
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests through fire safety and security walks
  • Perform occasional housekeeping duties and F&B support
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer software, MS Office Suite, and F&B management systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
