About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Alex Young Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engineering maintenance services to commercial clients, including office blocks and communal grounds maintenance.
  • Manage a team of 5 people, including maintenance engineers, contract support, and a helpdesk.
  • Run a £1m P&L and prepare monthly reports for clients.
  • Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
