Job Title: Subsea Installation Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Subsea Installation Project Engineer to join our UK & Global IRM team in Aberdeen, Westhill office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engineering skills to projects, tendering activities, engineering studies, vessels & equipment, and offshore engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement subsea installation project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in subsea installation project engineering, with a strong understanding of offshore construction techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Relevant degree in an engineering discipline, with a strong understanding of offshore engineering principles and practices.
