About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocational Team Leader to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Vocational Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism and complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Senior Management and Team Members to ensure effective coordination of programs and services.
  • Facilitate and Lead on Organizing Opportunities to meet targets and support individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Assist Team Members and Management Team to complete AQA's across services and ensure compliance with safeguarding processes.
  • Work with Individuals to Achieve Their Goals and support them to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Assist in Preparing Programs and Targets for new residents and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
Requirements
  • Good Knowledge and Understanding of Safeguarding Processes and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong People Skills to work effectively with individuals, team members, and management.
  • Motivation to Develop Skills and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
