Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide 6 months of paternity cover in our Implementation Advisors team, based in our Chester office. The team is responsible for onboarding and implementing treasury solutions for Global Commercial and Corporate Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treasury products and solutions for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project resolution, building trust and effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research using various bank systems and liaise with internal business partners to provide thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.
  • Respond to client and Sales partner enquiries, resolving conflicts and escalating concerns as necessary.
Requirements
  • Highly organized individual with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
