  • Innovate and design cutting-edge aerodynamic solutions utilizing state-of-the-art tools and methodologies, translating your concepts into reality through thorough testing.
  • Guide and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their work quality.
  • Spot and implement improvements in processes within the aerodynamics team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine essential tools and technologies that will expedite project timelines.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of Wind Tunnel experiments, ensuring precision and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and interpret CFD and Wind Tunnel data to formulate reliable aerodynamic strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships through effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in aerodynamics within a competitive motorsport environment.
  • Expertise in CFD and Wind Tunnel methodologies, with a solid grasp of aerodynamic principles.
  • Proficient in CAD and CFD software applications.
  • Capable of achieving results under tight deadlines through analytical problem-solving.
  • Experience in detailed data analysis, correlation studies, and innovative data application.
  • Strong ability to influence and foster collaboration across various teams.
  • Open-mindedness to challenge and enhance existing practices and theories.

This position necessitates prior professional experience in motorsport to qualify.
