About the Role

We are seeking an IT Software Asset Management Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As an IT Software Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing software assets to ensure compliance and optimizing the full software asset life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software assets to ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle
  • Handle Azure billing and define/improve software asset management procedures
Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role
  • Experience in renewing and purchasing software
  • Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software
  • Experience tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
