The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in a supervisory role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of 7 operatives, ensuring efficient and effective picking and packing of items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse operatives
  • Ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of items
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
