About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Designate. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, optimize stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience with roles such as Assistant Management or similar
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel to various stores within a 1-hour radius

About the Designate Role

In this role, you will support us by being willing to travel to various stores locally around your base location based on demand. This will provide you with exposure and day-to-day variety, and you will not travel forever. We want these roles to help support future hiring needs and soon you will be ready to jump into a specific store and progress within the business.
