Salary + Benefits: £45,000 - £60,000 - DOE

Sector: Industrial

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, packaging machinery, and automated systems.
  2. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.
  3. Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and downtime analysis.
  5. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

About You:

  1. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  2. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  2. Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and electrical fault finding.
  3. Strong skills in mechanical maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
