Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services on both occupied and vacant properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist across various trades by providing manual labor support.
- Prepare job sites by assisting with the removal of bathrooms and kitchen units, ensuring cleanliness in the area.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including clearing gutters.
- Support groundworks, drainage, and the removal of concrete and other bulk waste.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a labouring role.
- Basic proficiency in IT.
- Possession of a full, clean UK driving license.
