Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services on both occupied and vacant properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist across various trades by providing manual labor support.
  • Prepare job sites by assisting with the removal of bathrooms and kitchen units, ensuring cleanliness in the area.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including clearing gutters.
  • Support groundworks, drainage, and the removal of concrete and other bulk waste.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a labouring role.
  • Basic proficiency in IT.
  • Possession of a full, clean UK driving license.
