Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organisational goals, aligning with senior management to ensure operations are in line with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency, implementing best practices to enhance operational performance, and continuously monitoring and evaluating processes for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, communicating operational updates and key metrics to leadership.
- Proven experience in a similar Operations Manager role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
